These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phhappy platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with phhappy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

phhappy is exclusively for players aged 21 and above as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Age verification is mandatory before withdrawals.
Each individual may hold only one phhappy account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited without notice.
All bonuses at phhappy are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts and to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. KYC must be completed before the first withdrawal.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, fraud, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phhappy ("phhappy", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the phhappy online gaming platform available at phhappy.org and any associated mobile or progressive web app interfaces. By accessing the phhappy platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the phhappy platform.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
Access to and use of the phhappy platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is imposed by Philippine law and enforced under the regulatory framework administered by PAGCOR. phhappy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in immediate Account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of any winnings accumulated during an unverified period.
⚠️ Underage Gambling Prohibition: Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is illegal in the Philippines. phhappy employs age verification procedures including KYC document review. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be permanently suspended and deposits returned less any transaction costs.
phhappy primarily serves Filipino players located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk. phhappy makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.
Each individual may maintain only one registered phhappy Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where phhappy identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated during the duplicated period may be voided.
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. phhappy specifically requires a valid Philippine mobile number, which will be used for one-time password (OTP) verification. Players must notify phhappy promptly of any changes to their registered information. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, phhappy requires Players to complete a KYC verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, and Voter's ID. phhappy may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of a GCash or bank account matching the Player's registered name). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period after a withdrawal request will result in the request being placed on hold.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. phhappy strongly recommends enabling 2FA through Account settings. Players must not share their login credentials with any third party. Any activity performed through a Player's Account is the full responsibility of the registered Account holder.
Players must notify phhappy's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their Account. phhappy will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receipt of such notification but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access that occurs prior to notification where the Player has failed to maintain adequate password security.
phhappy Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, assigning, gifting, or otherwise transferring an Account or its associated Wallet balance to another person is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction will render the Account immediately subject to suspension.
phhappy accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and USDT (cryptocurrency). The minimum deposit amount across all supported methods is ₱100.00 Philippine Peso. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Player's Wallet immediately upon payment confirmation. Bank transfers are credited within the processing window of the relevant financial institution, typically within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawal requests are processed by phhappy to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the phhappy support team. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on inter-bank processing schedules. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
phhappy does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal amounts. However, third-party fees imposed by payment service providers (e.g., GCash, bank processing fees) may apply and are the Player's responsibility where applicable.
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:
All Wallet balances, deposits, and withdrawals at phhappy are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless the Player has specifically chosen to use a cryptocurrency wallet, in which case the relevant cryptocurrency unit applies. Cryptocurrency valuations are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction processing.
✅ Player Funds Protection: phhappy maintains Player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. This means your deposited balance is not used to fund phhappy's operational expenses and is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to these Terms and applicable compliance checks.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by phhappy are subject to specific wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be met before the associated Bonus Funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion description. Players are advised to read the full promotion terms before opting in.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonuses at phhappy are available to verified Players in good standing. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only and may not be claimed by existing Players creating duplicate Accounts. phhappy reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
Any activity that phhappy reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, exploiting technical errors or glitches in bonus calculations, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion description will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet. phhappy will not reinstate expired bonuses. Players are responsible for tracking their bonus expiry dates.
phhappy reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the phhappy platform or by notification to the Player's registered contact details.
All slot games, table games, and other RNG-based games available on the phhappy platform use independently certified random number generation systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are provided by the respective game developers and are publicly disclosed in the applicable game information panels. phhappy does not modify game parameters beyond what is configured by the licensed game providers.
Live dealer games available on phhappy — including Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo — are operated by certified live dealer studios. All dealing procedures, card shuffles, and wheel spins are performed physically by human dealers under multiple camera coverage. The game outcome in live dealer games is determined entirely by the physical result of the dealer's action and is not influenced by any software modification.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game round, phhappy will make reasonable efforts to determine the state of play at the time of the malfunction. Where the outcome cannot be definitively determined, the Wager for the affected round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet. phhappy's decision on such matters is final and binding.
Where a game or sportsbook bet has been offered at incorrect odds or with incorrect configurations due to a technical error or human mistake, phhappy reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. This applies regardless of whether the Wager has already been settled.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phhappy platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account ban, and forfeiture of all associated Wallet balances and pending withdrawals:
⛔ Zero Tolerance Policy: phhappy operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and collusion. Where phhappy has reasonable grounds to suspect any of these activities, all funds within the Account will be frozen pending investigation, and relevant information may be shared with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
phhappy is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. We recognize that while the vast majority of Filipino players enjoy gambling as a form of entertainment without negative consequences, a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling patterns. phhappy takes this seriously and provides practical tools and support for all Players.
All registered phhappy Players may access the following self-management tools through their Account settings at any time:
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting phhappy's support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be fully suspended and no deposits, wagers, or logins will be permitted. Self-exclusion requests are implemented within 24 hours of confirmation. Reactivation of a timed exclusion is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
As described in Section 2, all Players must be aged 21 or above to use phhappy. This is enforced through KYC identity verification. If phhappy has grounds to suspect that a Player may be under 21, the Account will be suspended pending age verification. This protects minors from accessing gambling services in compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements.

All content on the phhappy platform — including but not limited to the phhappy brand name, logo, website design, software interfaces, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and all other intellectual property — is the proprietary property of phhappy or its licensed content providers and game studios. All rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phhappy platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phhappy platform without prior written consent.
The game content provided by third-party studios including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to phhappy for distribution on the platform. Players' use of such content is governed both by these Terms and the applicable studio's end-user license terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phhappy's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the phhappy platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phhappy Wallet in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phhappy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of a Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether or not phhappy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phhappy does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond phhappy's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. phhappy accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.
phhappy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phhappy reasonably believes that: the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; the Account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; the Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or any other circumstance arises that phhappy determines warrants suspension in the interest of platform integrity or regulatory compliance.
Players may request the permanent closure of their phhappy Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining Wallet balance (net of any active bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements. Players who close their Account must contact support to discuss reinstatement and will be subject to additional verification procedures.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. phhappy will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player using their registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy. Players are responsible for maintaining active access to their registered contact information.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of Player personal data by phhappy is governed by the phhappy Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, Players also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. phhappy processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
phhappy collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. KYC documents are stored in encrypted format and access is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate need.
phhappy reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via notification through the phhappy platform, by email to the registered address, or by SMS to the registered mobile number, no fewer than 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Players who do not accept the revised Terms may close their Account and withdraw their balance before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the phhappy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to check the Terms page regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Both phhappy and the Player irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their formation. Players agree to attempt resolution of disputes through phhappy's internal dispute resolution process before initiating legal proceedings. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or civil courts.
phhappy operates its platform in compliance with applicable Philippine law and under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an admission that phhappy's activities are unlawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
